Step 3 :
Select “Redeem Prepaid Card”…
Step 4 :
Enter code and click ‘Next’…

Step 1 :
Create an account for PlayStation Network (PSN) (or use your existing account).
Step 2 :
Select the PlayStation Store icon on the PS4 system home screen.
Step 3 :
On PlayStation Store, select ‘Redeem Codes’ at the bottom of the menu and enter the code.
Step 4 :
Once the code has been entered correctly, select ‘Continue’ on the dialog box.
Step 5 :

Select ‘Continue’ to complete code redemption.
Using PlayStation App –
Step 1 :

Create an account for PlayStation Network (PSN) or use your existing account to log in to the app.
Step 3 :
Open the app menu with the PS Button at the bottom of the screen, and select the Redeem Codes icon.
Step 4 :
On the Redeem Codes screen, select “Continue.”
Step 5 :
Use the on-screen camera to scan the voucher code numbers as they appear on your computer screen or printed material, or select the option at the bottom of the screen to enter the code manually.
Step 6 :
Press ‘Continue’ to complete code redemption.
Using PlayStation 3 –
Step 1 :
Create an account for PSN (or log in using an existing account).
Step 2 :
From the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB, select ‘PlayStation Store’.

Select ‘Redeem Codes’ from the navigation menu on the left.
